The new mod update for Cyberpunk 2077 makes third-person gaming better than ever

A new update to a Cyberpunk 2077 mod released online this week makes playing the game from a modified third-person perspective better than ever by introducing some significant improvements.

Earlier this week, modder Tylerrrrr released the 5.0 version of his third-person mode Every Animation Redone TPP, which improves V's animations while using a modified third-person view. Improvements over previous versions of the mod include proper effects when bumping into an NPC, fixes for jumping and climbing animations, leaning and orientation, improvements for melee combat, and updated animations for male V. You can download the mod for free from Nexus Mods.

Despite the end of development, CD Projekt Red continues to support Cyberpunk 2077 with new features. Last month, a new update introduced AMD FSR 3 support, bringing performance improvements but still leaving something to be desired in terms of visual quality. This is because CDPR has not implemented the latest version of AMD's Upscaler, which delivers significantly better visual quality compared to version 3.0.

Cyberpunk 2077 is now available for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox One. The Phantom Liberty expansion, released last year, is only available on PC and current-gen consoles.
