Rapid City police are investigating a shooting near East North and Pine streets

RAPID CITY, SD (KOTA) – A shooting occurred near East North and Pine streets Wednesday morning.

At approximately 4:25 a.m., Rapid City Police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of East North and Pine Streets.

When police arrived, they found a man who had been shot but conscious. The man was taken to hospital and suffered serious injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing.
