Sparta Prague came from behind to score a point against Stuttgart in the Champions League.

Enzo Millot gave the hosts the lead after seven minutes with a header from Maximilian Mittelstadt's cross.

Kaan Kairinen equalized with a great free kick from the edge of the penalty area, which flew past the stretched Stuttgart goalkeeper Alexander Nübel and into the top corner.

Veljko Birmancevic and Martin Vitik hit the crossbar and the post with headers for Sparta in the first half.

Angelo Preciado's shot from inside the penalty area was blocked and the ball fell kindly to Birmancevic, but his first goal was well parried by Nubel.

Chris Fuhrich fired a shot towards goal and Deniz Undav parried an angled shot as Stuttgart applied late pressure, but both sides had to settle for the draw.
