SIGA Casinos launch new loyalty program

SASKATOON, SK – The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) has launched an all-new loyalty program: SIGA Rewards. SIGA Rewards represents an evolution of SIGA's commitment to guest experiences, leveraging the trusted hospitality of SIGA Casinos and enhancing the experience for loyal members.

“We listened to player feedback about what they wanted in a loyalty rewards program, and we revamped our long-standing loyalty program with a revised tier structure and curated rewards that would resonate most with our players,” said Zane Hansen, President and CEO of SIGA.

Building on over 20 years of rewards and promotions, SIGA Rewards introduces a new four-tiered benefits structure: Emerald, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers. Members can level up with additional exclusive rewards and personalized offers as the program progresses.

“We are pleased to introduce SIGA Rewards, a loyalty program that embodies our commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our valued members,” said Thy Prak, vice president of marketing and digital strategy at SIGA. “This program is designed to enhance the already enjoyable SIGA experience by providing personalized rewards and recognition for our members’ loyalty.”

With the upcoming launch of the SIGA Rewards mobile app and a new website at www.sigarewards.caMembers now experience more digital convenience. The app allows members to check their status, participate in social tournaments and receive tailored offers.

To celebrate the launch of the new SIGA Rewards, SIGA Casinos will host events and activities throughout October and November, including live entertainment, big cash raffles and chances to win. Members can pick up new loyalty cards in all SIGA casinos and take part in raffles. Players with existing Player's Club cards will automatically become part of the new SIGA Rewards program starting October 1st.
