The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity recognizes Crowell & Moring as a 2024 Top Performer and Compass Award winner

Washington – October 2, 2024: The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) awarded Crowell & Moring its Top Performer and Compass awards, recognizing the firm's commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession. This is the eighth consecutive year the company has been honored with these awards.

The Top Performer award recognizes organizations that are most engaged with LCLD's programs and activities throughout the year. Crowell ranked first among LCLD members recognized as 2024 Top Performers thanks to his leadership and active involvement in LCLD activities.

LCLD is comprised of more than 400 law firm chief legal officers and managing partners – the leaders of their profession – who are committed to advancing all talent, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.

The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that meet all of the following requirements in a calendar year:

• • • Commitment of the member (managing partner/general counsel) to LCLD;
    • Nominate an LCLD Fellow;
    • Nominate an LCLD Pathfinder;
    • Participate in an LCLD pipeline program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).
