Park City wants residents to help update the master plan in the future

Last updated in 2014, Park City is drafting a new general plan to guide how the area will evolve in the coming decade and beyond.

Residents are encouraged to share their views on specific challenges and opportunities in their neighborhood.

Park City is seeking a total of 30 volunteers; three people from 10 different neighborhoods, including Prospector, Park Meadows, Old Town and Thaynes.

Residents will serve on neighborhood advisory boards to provide feedback on what the general plan should include.

The general plan update is expected to span a period of 10 months. Committee members can expect to spend a few hours each month on the overall plan until the project is completed.
