Washington & White are named teammate of the week

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – This week we are honoring two outstanding players for top honors. At Hugh Mills, Jordan Washington showcased his entire arsenal in a rivalry game against the Trojans. Monroe's quarterback totaled nearly 500 yards of offense and scored four times. The bragging rights are with the green and gold for 2024.

In Leesburg, it was a defensive star who made his presence known on Saturday. Trojans defensive lineman Jacori White thrilled Lee County with a 40-yard interception return for a touchdown. White caught three passes in the first half and made key plays on special teams. Congratulations to Washington and White, our Week 7 co-Defensive Players of the Week.
