One injured in shooting on Cleveland Street

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man suffered non-life-threatening injuries following a shooting on Cleveland Street Wednesday night.

According to officers at the scene, two men were arguing when one of the men shot the other. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said the original call was about a burglary attempt, but according to officers on the scene, it was not an attempted burglary, just an argument.

The shooting is currently under investigation.
