We all expected D'Andre Swift to score more fantasy points in Week 4 than he did in the previous three weeks, right? Chase Brown and Jeremy McNichols each scoring two touchdowns was an obvious outcome, right? How about 11 receptions for Wan'Dale Robinson?

The point, of course, is that fantasy football remains extremely unpredictable. Enough to make you tear your hair out sometimes.

But nothing feels better than identifying a player with no breakout potential and signing him, either via your draft, the waiver wire or a smart trade. If the latter is on your mind this week, let the weekly fantasy trade value chart guide you in your quest to maximize your returns.

We face the challenge of the season when rest weeks and injuries can leave your squad looking poor. Now is the time to strengthen your troops through clever trading.

Target Jayden Reed in trade talks

In two games with Jordan Love midway through this season, Reed recorded 11 catches for 277 yards and two touchdowns on 14 targets, along with two runs for 35 yards and another score. In two games without him, he had six catches for 59 yards on eight targets, four runs for 56 yards and no touchdowns.

Two things are pretty clear: He's Love's top target and he's a breakout contender in Green Bay's passing game. But the fact that he also has six runs in four games is an indication that the Packers will find unique ways to get him the ball.

Below the line = subpar performance

You may have missed your chance to shop cheaply at Reed, but you should still inquire about him. He is a high-end WR2 in all formats going forward.

Grab Diontae Johnson while you can

Like Reed, quarterback play was the storyline of Johnson's season. With Andy Dalton taking center stage over the past two weeks, he has caught 15 passes for 205 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 27 targets.

Meanwhile, with Bryce Young, he caught just five passes for 34 yards on 12 targets.

Sometimes fantasy football is easy. If a trend has an obvious cause, trust that trend. Johnson could very well become a WR2 this season if this commitment continues, so your chances of getting him at a bargain price decrease each week. Jump now.

Is it time to sell Garrett Wilson?

That's a tough question, especially because selling it now is undoubtedly a sale at a low price. Wilson currently ranks 38th among wideouts in PPR leagues, which is hardly the production fantasy players expected when they selected him early in the draft.

In this case, some patience may be in order.

Wilson, for example, has only played four full games with Aaron Rodgers at center, far fewer than the pairing of Rodgers and Allen Lazard. He didn't lack anything on offense either: 34 goals in four games or 8.5 per game. Rodgers knows the best weapon he has in the passing game is Wilson – the two will agree.

Now, of course, there are concerns from the coach about the stale offense from Nathaniel Hackett and Wilson lamented this week. The Jets also have a pair of outstanding running backs. But Wilson's talent and Rodgers' pedigree suggest that these two will figure things out, at least enough to reward your patience.

Get through this tough stretch unless someone is willing to give you high-end WR2 pricing for Wilson. Things should get better.
