Report: Davante Adams' wish list includes Jets and Saints

As the Raiders look more likely to trade receiver Davante Adams, there are new reports about his preferred targets — and it's no surprise.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jets and Saints are at the top of Adams' wish list of potential landing spots.

If Adams were traded to New York or New Orleans, he would reunite with one of his former quarterbacks in Aaron Rodgers or Derek Carr.

Adams reportedly requested a trade earlier this week.

The Saints would likely have to make some maneuvers to get Adams under the cap of his current contract. Via ESPN's Katherine Terrell, New Orleans has $3.265 million in cap space left for this year, while Adams is due $13.13 million in remaining base salary for 2024.

Adams is currently battling a hamstring injury and missed last week's win over Cleveland. So far in 2024, he has recorded 18 catches for 209 yards with one touchdown.

He finished last season with 103 catches for 1,144 yards and eight touchdowns.
