Offensive Players to Watch for Georgia Football

Offensive players to watch for the Georgia Bulldogs against the Auburn Tigers.

The Georgia Bulldogs have another big conference game coming up this weekend as the Auburn Tigers come to town. Both programs are looking for another win this weekend, and Georgia is the heavy favorite heading into the matchup. The Bulldogs will look to carry some of the offensive momentum they found in the second half against Alabama this weekend, so here are three players to keep an eye on in Georgia's offense this weekend.

Georgia vs. Auburn: Offensive players to watch

Lawson Luckie, TE
Georgia showed signs in Week 1 against Clemson that Luckie was one of their top passing targets, and that has been a theme this season as well. The Bulldogs have had a lot of success at the tight end position in recent years, thanks in large part to Brock Bowers, but Luckie has also made some big plays this season. As he grows and gets more reps in the game, Luckie appears to be getting better and better this season, and that could lead to him playing an even bigger role in the offense alongside Oscar Delp.

Anthony Evans, WR
Evans started seeing the field better in the second half against Alabama and made some key plays down the stretch. He's still finding his role in the offense, but it looks like Georgia is trying to carve him a spot as a household name in the rotation. He has shown the spark he can provide on the field in his role as a kick and punt returner, and it might not be a bad idea for the Dawgs to give him more ball on Saturdays.

Nate Frazier, RB
Frazier didn't get a single carry against Alabama last weekend, which was likely because the game was close and Frazier was a true freshman. The young running back looked outstanding in Week 1 against Clemson and fans can't wait to see more from him. Trevor Etienne was hired as the leader of this football team and will continue to be, but Frazier could get some reps this weekend, especially if the game gets out of hand as some believe.
