We think so The best way to grow candy is through zombiesas it is the easiest and most relaxing, even though it can be the most boring. Candy drops in random amounts three, six or twelve, But the most important thing is that you take it into your own hands.

Candy falls from every zombie you kill MWZand can be found from eliminated enemies and looted chests in War zoneto. It looks like the event will be a challenge no matter how you get it.

Sweets can also be found in MW3 Multiplayer mode when it falls from enemies you eliminate. The candy stays on the battlefield for a short time, but you have to pick it up before it expires, and it makes a sort of “bloop” sound when you pick it up.

Basically, Just play a whole lot MW3 or War zone from October 2nd to 16th and passively collect candy while you play.
