Tito Double P dethrones Peso Pluma from No. 1 on Top Latin Albums

Tito Double P's 21-track album dethrones his labelmate and cousin Peso Pluma Exodus from his 12-week dominance, which spanned the majority of his chart run. In the 15 weeks that Peso's fourth album was on the charts, it only missed No. 1 three times – and two of those weeks it was at No. 2.

Incomodoreleased on Double P Records, which Peso Pluma and George Prajin co-founded in 2023, lands at the top of the charts with 26,000 equivalent album units achieved during the tracking week of September 20-26 in the U.S., according to Luminate. Latin Albums: This is up 2% from the previous week. This weekly number represents 38.8 million official US streams for the album's songs.

“Wow, I feel so honored,” the Mexican singer-songwriter told Billboard of the album’s debut. “I didn't expect this, but I'm so grateful that the fans are accepting my project like this.”

Top Latin Albums ranks the most popular Latin albums of the week by multi-metric consumption, measured in equivalent album units. Each unit represents one album sale, 10 individual album tracks sold, or 3,750 ad-supported or 1,250 paid/subscription on-demand audio and video streams for a song on the album.

Incomodo He also goes 2:1 on regional Mexican albums and is Tito's first ruler there. Additionally, a song from the album debuts on Latin Streaming Songs: “Escápate” featuring Chino Pacas lands at No. 15 with 3.7 million official US on-demand clicks, up 14%.

Omar Courtz Debuts on Billboard Album Charts: Elsewhere, Puerto Rican Omar Courtz revisits top Latin albums for the first time Primera Musahis first studio album, debuting at number 8 with 11,000 equivalent album units. The majority of the 17-track project's first week in the US is streaming, equating to 15.4 million official streams.

It is the first top 10 on an album chart for Courtz, who achieved his first top 10 on an album billboard Charted by the No. 7 peak “Beachy” featuring Daddy Yankee on Latin Rhythm Airplay in July 2023.

Beyond its Top 10 start on Top Latin Albums, Primera Musa also debuts at No. 2 on the Latin Rhythm Albums, Courtz's highest chart entry on any chart.
