Travis Kelce – singer Taylor Swift's boyfriend, advertising celebrity, game show host and occasional football player –appeared in the third episode the first season of FX grotesque on Wednesday evening.

Kelce played Ed, seemingly an orderly at the hospital where Detective Lois Tryon (Niecy Nash-Betts) was visiting her husband Marshall (Courtney B. Vance), who was in a coma.

The couple flirted for a bit before Ed made a prophetic prediction about what might happen to Tryon when she leaves the hospital. They were then reunited in a surreal scene.

People on social media seemed impressed with Kelce's acting skills after his cameo:

Meanwhile, Nash-Betts told us Julia Moore from People that Kelce was “very professional” on set and “always prepared.”

“Travis was very open. He was very open when it came to a message or a suggestion,” she added. “So accessible. 'Tell me what I don't know. Tell me what you think about it.' I love that he didn't try to say, 'I know everything and I know everything.'”
