The following applies to crimes reported for the period September 22-29. (Some crimes committed on dates prior to the current period but reported later may be included.)

Chestnut Hill

September 12th. Shoplifting. A woman stole alcohol from a liquor store in the 8700 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 22nd. Shoplifting. An unknown person stole a shopping cart full of items from a retail store in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.

September 22nd. Theft. The complainants reported a break-in to their cars and the theft of a debit card in the unit block of Bells Mill Road.

September 22nd. Shoplifting. Two unknown individuals stole beer and wine from a retail store in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.

September 22nd. Shoplifting. A suspect stole several items from a drugstore in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 24th. Shoplifting. A man stole several cases of soda from a store in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 26th. Shoplifting. A suspect stole several items from a drugstore in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 26th. Shoplifting. Police arrested a suspect who stole groceries from ACME in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.

September 27th. Shoplifting. A man stole seafood and beauty supplies from ACME in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.

September 28th. Shoplifting. An unknown man stole three bottles of Scotch from a liquor store in the 8700 block of Germantown Avenue.

Mt. Airy

September 3rd. Theft. A complainant reported that an unknown person stole $100 from their mail stack at the Fairview Nursing Home in the 100 block of Bethlehem Pike.

September 11th. Theft. An unknown person stole packages from a man's porch in the unit block of West Johnson Street.

September 23rd. Motor vehicle theft. A woman reported her Toyota Camry was stolen in the 6300 block of Burbridge Street.

September 23rd. Shoplifting. Unknown suspects stole snacks and drinks from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 23rd. Theft. An unknown person stole an iPhone from an unlocked car in the 400 block of West Hortter Street.

September 23rd. Robbery. Police arrested a perpetrator who attempted to steal bags of crab meat from a convenience store in the unit block of West Hortter Street.

September 23rd. Theft. A woman reported the theft of various items from her car in the 300 block of Vernon Road.

September 24th. Motor vehicle theft. A man reported his Toyota C-HR was stolen in the 7300 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 24th. Motor vehicle theft. A woman reported her Jeep Cherokee was stolen in the 100 block of West Upsal Street.

September 25th. Shoplifting. Two men stole food orders from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 26th. Burglary. Police arrested a woman after she broke into her ex-boyfriend's home in the 6400 block of Ardleigh Street.

September 26th. Shoplifting. A group of teenagers stole juice and packaged foods from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 26th. Shoplifting. A man stole meals that were being prepared for DoorDash pickup from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 27th. Robbery. In the East Cliveden Street unit block, a woman was knocked down in the lobby of her apartment and robbed of her handbag.

September 29th. Shoplifting. Unknown suspects stole juice and fled Wawa to the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

September 29th. Theft from a motor vehicle. A complainant reported that his credit cards were stolen from his car in the 800 block of Westview Avenue.

September 29th. Theft from a motor vehicle. A complainant reported that his wallet was stolen from his car in the 1000 block of Westview Avenue.

September 29th. Motor vehicle theft. A complainant reported that his Ford F150 was stolen in the 6900 block of Wissahickon Avenue.

September 29th. Shoplifting. A suspect stole laundry detergent from the Grocery Outlet in the Unit Block of West Hortter Street.

September 29th. Theft. A woman reported that her driver's license was stolen from her car in the 6700 block of Springbank Street.
