Celebrity appearances, cosplay competitions, superhero parades, musical performances and all sorts of fan experiences made the final day of the FanX Salt Lake Comic & Pop Culture Convention 2024 at the Salt Palace Convention Center unforgettable.

Winners of the FanX 2024 Cosplay Contest strut the main stage in the Salt Palace Ballroom wearing costumes from hard-working, creative cosplayers from across Utah and from every fan community including video games Baldur's Gate 3, Horizon Zero Dawn And The Legend of ZeldaTelevision and film properties such as Disney Studios and House of the Dragonas well as DC and Marvel comic universes.

The FanX 2024 Cosplay Contest had experienced judges at the helm and members of the FanX Cosplay Hall of Fame were in attendance: Marial Clark, Eric Hall, Shandra Mutchie and Travis Hysell. These Hall of Famers are involved in various charitable cosplay organizations and non-profit ventures such as Heroic Inc and The Legacy Initiative. Among other things, Hysell also helped organize a costumed parade of X-Men cosplayers through the convention hall following the Marvel Cosplay Meetup.

Dates have already been set for next year. FanX will return September 25-27, 2025.
